Unveiling the Secrets behind G.I Joe

In 2003 Lorenzo di Bonaventura wanted to produce a film that the whole world can connect with. A film that has an advanced technology is what he is fond of producing. Collegue Brian Goldner proposed on making a film about the G.i Joe toy line. Both are known as the brains behind almost toy line for movies. Script writer of the movie 300 Michael B. Gordon was choosen to write the script for the movie. A new character by the name of Rex is being introduced in the story line to make a more exploration of one of the leading characterDuke. Don Murphy wanted to develop the movie but because of the on going war at Iraq he considered it not suitable at the moment. Instead he changes his attention to another Hasbro toy line the Transformer that was aired in the middle of july 2009. Gordon's outline on the G.I Joe was rewritten by the Authors of Bonaventura's Four Brothers, David Elliot and Paul Lovett. They have innovated Gordons work adding Rex undergoing mutation into the Cobra Commander who will lead Destro's undestructible soldiers. By the year 2007 another writer rewritten the script by the name of Skip Woods and impart an additional character which was Alex Mann from the Action Man toy line. Luck went down and the script was spread online by a Latino review named El Mayimbe who exposed that Cobra Organization was erased on the story line and was replaced by Ryan/Naja a crooked CIA agent. Also in Woods draft, Action Mann and Scarlett is married though the latter has feeling for Duke. The Baroness has killed Scarlett in the leaked outline. Also, the mute Snake-Eyes speaks with vocal chords cut during the story, and making him speachless again. Stuart Beattie was recommended by the Latino review writer to write again the script. A negative reaction was made by the fan who are constantly looking forward for the movie. Bonaventura assured that Cobra will be seen in the movie. Stephen Sommers was hired after being presented to the Paramount Pictures CEO Brad Gray and production head Brad Weston. After exploring the G.I Joe world and upon visiting the Hasbro headquarter at Rhode Island, Sommers was so exited and delighted to do the movie. Because of the success of the movie Transformer which is also produced by Bonaventura the G.I Joe team got its urge to make the movie as best or much better than Transformer. El Mayimbe's suggestion was accepted and Stuart Beattie fill in as the new script writer of the film. Larry Hamma the god of G.I Joe was made creative consultant for his great knowledge on the story line. He helped improve story elements that will attract the follower of the G.I Joe comics reader and ultimately all the fans waiting for the movie. He also win in persuading that Snake-Eyes must not talk on the entire movie unlike on the comics that he speaks at the last part. John Lee Hancock, Brian Koppelman and David Levien assisted in writing different scenes. Director Sommers shares that the film would have be fallen due to strikes if not because of the rich backstory of the franchise. Goldener has said that it is not the carton that inspired them in making the G.I Joe movie but instead it is the comics created by Hama.
